Easy Returns & Exchanges
Buying a lamp online can be tricky sometimes the glow or the size just doesn't look the same in your living room as it did on a screen. We totally get that. If you've set up your new light and it’s just not the right fit for your space, our San Antonio team is here to help you fix it.
Our 30-Day Policy
You have a full 30 days from the moment your package hits your doorstep to decide if you want to keep it. To get a full refund, we just ask that the lamp hasn't been used or assembled. It needs to be packed back into its original box with all that protective foam and padding it came with. Since lamps are so fragile, that original packaging is the only way to make sure it gets back to us without breaking.
How to Send it Back
We like to keep things simple around here. Just follow these steps:
- Drop us a line: Email support@luminaaura.us with your order number. You don't need to write a long essay, just let us know you want to return it.
- Pack it up: Once we chat via email, secure the lamp in its box. You’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a service with a tracking number it's the best way to make sure the package doesn't go missing on its way back to Texas.

If Your Lamp Arrives Broken (It Happens!)
Let’s face it: glass and shipping carriers don't always get along. If you open your box and find a cracked shade or a broken base, don't worry. * Just snap a quick photo of the damage and the box it came in.
- Email it to support@luminaaura.us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will either ship you a brand-new replacement immediately or give you your money back your choice. And no, you don't have to ship broken glass back to us!
Getting Your Money Back
Once your return arrives at our San Antonio spot, we’ll take a quick look to make sure everything is there.
- We’ll send you an email as soon as we've inspected it.
- If everything looks good, we’ll trigger the refund to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) right away.
- Most banks take about 5 to 10 business days to show that credit on your statement, so don't panic if it doesn't show up the very next hour.
Exchanges
Want a different style instead? The fastest way is to just return your current lamp for a refund and go ahead and grab the new "aura" you want from our shop. This way, you don't have to wait for the whole return process to finish before getting your new light.

We don’t believe in "restocking fees." As long as the lamp comes back in its original, sellable condition, you get your full product refund.
