At Lumina Aura, we want you to love the glow of your new lamp. We understand that sometimes a piece might not fit your space exactly how you imagined. If you’re not 100% happy, we’re here to help make it right.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the day your package arrives at your door to decide if it’s the perfect fit.

How to Start a Return

To keep things simple, just follow these steps:

  1. Email us: Send a quick note to support@luminaaura.us with your order number.
  2. Condition: To be eligible for a full refund, your lamp must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
  3. Ship it back: We will provide you with the return address. Please note that customers are responsible for paying their return shipping costs.

Damaged or Broken Items (Our Promise)

Lamps are fragile, and we take that seriously. If your order arrives broken or damaged during transit:

  • Do not worry: We’ve got you covered.
  • Action: Take a photo of the damage and email it to support@luminaaura.us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Solution: We will send you a brand-new replacement immediately or issue a full refund, your choice. No need to ship broken glass back to us!

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to let you know it arrived safely.

  • Processing: Your refund will be processed immediately.
  • Credit: The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Timing: It usually takes 5–10 business days for the bank to show the credit on your statement.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different style is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new lamp. This ensures you get your new "aura" as quickly as possible!
