How Long Will It Take?

To give you the most honest estimate, please remember the simple formula we use:

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

  • Our Processing Time: 1–3 business days. This is when we carefully inspect and double-wrap your lamp at our San Antonio location.
  • Shipping Time: Once the carrier picks it up, the time depends on the method you choose below.
  • Operating Hours: We work from Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Central Time (CST) will start their journey the next business day.

We offer two straightforward options to get your lamp home safely:

  • Standard Secure Shipping
    • Cost: $12.95
    • Delivery Time: 5–8 business days after processing.
    • Best for: Those who want the best value and are not in a hurry.
  • Priority Fragile Shipping
    • Cost: $24.95
    • Delivery Time: 3–5 business days after processing.
    • Best for: Faster delivery with prioritized handling for extra-delicate items.
  • Free Shipping
    • We are pleased to offer Free Standard Secure Shipping on all orders over $99.

Why is shipping a bit higher?

You might notice our rates are slightly higher than a standard shop. This is because we invest more in heavy-duty, double-walled boxes and premium cushioning. We’d rather you pay a few extra dollars for shipping than deal with the heartbreak of opening a box of broken glass.

Tracking & Safety

  • Real-Time Updates: As soon as your package leaves San Antonio, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow its progress.
  • Arrival in One Piece Guarantee: If the journey was too rough and your lamp arrives broken, just snap a photo of the box and the item. Email it to support@luminaaura.us within 48 hours, and we’ll rush a replacement to you at no extra cost.
