How to Start a Return

  2. Condition: To be eligible for a full refund, your lamp must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
  3. Ship it back: We will provide you with the return address. Please note that customers are responsible for paying their return shipping costs.

Damaged or Broken Items (Our Promise)

Lamps are fragile, and we take that seriously. If your order arrives broken or damaged during transit:

  • Do not worry: We’ve got you covered.
  • Action: Take a photo of the damage and email it to support@luminaaura.us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Solution: We will send you a brand-new replacement immediately or issue a full refund, your choice. No need to ship broken glass back to us!

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to let you know it arrived safely.

  • Processing: Your refund will be processed immediately.
  • Credit: The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
